SHIPPING
Shipping within Kuwait is a flat 2 KWD for all areas.
We currently ship only to Kuwait, but we are working on a worldwide shipping solution.
In the meantime, if you would like us to ship our products outside Kuwait, please contact us at hello@babyroo.co and we will get a delivery quote for you.
RETURNS
Our exchange or refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the package must be unused and in its original package. Please keep your email receipt for returns.
In order to process your refund, we will need the items delivered to us. We can facilitate this for an additional charge.

Refunds will be processed within three working days of receiving the returned items. Thereafter, please allow up to two working weeks for the bank transfer to reach your account.
We recommend that you inspect your order when you receive it and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
